We’ve all been there, you said you’d get out, stretch your legs but… it’s a bit hot today, and where’s my sunscreen? Getting off the sofa can take effort, but this is where Piper comes in. If you make a plan to exercise with a friend you’re far less likely to bail. And apart from having a buddy to coax you off the couch, there are many more benefits to exercising with a friend.

We all want to save the world, right? We’re eating less meat, we recycle, some of us have embraced those shops where you fill your own jar with small-batch artisanal granola (extra points if you don’t spill it all over the floor in the process).
